All purchase by registered customers are entitled to a 1 YEAR warranty that includes free repair limited to the following: spacers, bands, linkage, locks, obsidian beads, and onyx beads. Other parts may require additional fees. Trade-in of complete yet broken part(s) not defined in this warranty are credited towards replacement of same or similar part(s), within 1st year if available. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost.

Proof of original owners card must be presented AND your name must registered. Limit of one instance per product, within one year of purchase, per each registered customer ONLY. All pacakge for repair must have an authorization number (for tracking) and may be obtained by first contacting us. An optional 5 year extended warranty is available upon initial purchase of products.
